West Africa
The Gongwers are medical missionaries in Ghana, West Africa. Their ministry integrates community healthcare and development with sharing the Gospel. Their vision is to combine hospital work and community outreach that provides healing for the whole person – body, mind and spirit. Cameron, a physician, is the medical superintendent of the Ankaase Methodist Faith Healing Hospital. He leads a staff of Ghanaian and missionary personnel. Rev. Larry Cochran lives in Wilmore, Kentucky, with his wife and children. Larry has been with GO since 1985. He frequently leads servant teams to Latin America, assisting with leadership development, church planting, evangelism and children’s ministries. Tanzania and South Africa
Lowell and Claudia Wertz have been missionaries to Africa since 1980. They began their missionary service in Zaire where they served the United Methodist Church for 12 years. Ukraine
David and Linda Haag are from Graham, Alabama but their ministry work is in the Ukraine. They return each year to check on the progress. The pastors in the Ukraine are very good to use the monies very wisely and make every dollar go as far as possible.100% of their funds are used for church building, youth camps, and food to feed 4,000 people each year.
